Orders

Phone orders must be confirmed in writing, by fax or / letter. They must indicate the product references and respect the minimum quantities shown on our pricelist. At the customer’s request we will issue a signed receipt of order, ln all cases, the delivery form accompanying the merchandise must be considered to be an acknowledgement of receipt enabling the order to be verified by the customer before complete unwrapping of the parcel.

Guarantee

Our appliances accessories and instruments are guaranteed according to the terms of our price list against any manufacturing defect. Our single-use needles are guaranteed to be sterile until the date indicated on the packaging.

Delivery time

We do our utmost to respect the delivery times indicated to our customers for information. These do not constitute a firm commitment and we decline all liability in the case of impossibility to supply.

Shipments

Unless otherwise specified our merchandise travels insured. However in the case of delay, damage or loss during carriage, the addressee must immediately take action in respect to the carrier.

Complaint return

Any claim concerning the subject of this billing must be made within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Any return of goods must be made with our consent, in the original packaging and postage paid to our depot.

Payment

Payment shall be made without discount according to the terms of our price list. In accordance with the legislation in force at January 1st, 2013, any delay of payment will into force involve an allowance demandable immediately and calculated on the basis of three times legal interest rate, as well as a fixed allowance for bank charges of 40 € (L446-6 Item of the statute book of the trade). In the event of unpaid, the salesman reserves the right to suspend or to cancel the outstanding orders without prejudice to any other recourse and all the amounts receivable in the long term will become immediately demandable.

Reservation of Ownership

It is formally agreed in application of the provisions of 80-335 of 05, 12 1980 that the merchandise to which this invoice relates remains our property until full payment of the price in principal and incidentals costs.

End-of-life – Recycling

Beyond the period of legal guarantee, the electrical and electronic appliances SEDATELEC having a label with the logo  must be turned over to SEDATELEC for valorization with its expenses. (Directive 2012/19/UE). SEDATELEC mandates its dealers covered by this directive to ensure its proper application on their market.

Clause attributing jurisdiction

In the case of dispute, the Lyon Commercial Court is the sole competent. Our bills or payment acceptances are not an exception to this clause attributing jurisdiction.
